Herzog Herzog’s intricately sculpted Sitzfleisch. album blends neck-crack 909 kicks designed for Ibiza circa 2079 with darker atmospheric compositions revolving around impossible samples, psychotic textures and harpsichord naivety. Rather than electronic music we call it a ‘hardware based analogue synth investigation into hardware based analogue synth investigation’. Via the medium of exceptional beats, square wave melodies and occasional shameless digital take on harsh hardware sounds Herzog gives way to an ear pounding studio work with organic on-stage quality to it.
